What is composition correction?

Composition correction involves review of letters and spacing, and making sure that nothing is missing before the material is printed but after it has been treated in a graphical program.

How and when do I pay for the services I order?

I send my regular customers a monthly invoice with a 30 day payment period. This invoice can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal.

Payment in advance is required for new customers. Should further projects be ordered and delivered during the same month, the price of the prepaid project will be included in the monthly invoice. This project is therefore also included when determining the loyalty level for the month: bronze, silver or gold. The final amount is adjusted accordingly.

How does the loyalty program work?

The standard prices form the basis for calculating the invoice for all services delivered during a calendar month. The loyalty program works so that you can receive up to a 15% discount on all services. This is dependent on the final invoice amount for the calendar month in question.

Standard
If your monthly invoice amount is of €1,799 or less, standard terms and conditions will apply.

Bronze
If your monthly invoice is between €1,800 and €2,999, bronze terms and conditions will apply.

Silver
If you have received services between €3,000 and €7,999 during the month, silver terms and conditions will apply.

Gold
If you, however, have received services for over €8,000, my absolutely best prices will be applied, and you will receive a 15% discount on all services.

Do I have to order bronze, silver or gold projects to receive the advantageous prices?

No, the advantageous prices are applied automatically. The total price is calculated at the end of each calendar month, and your loyalty level is determined by the total standard cost of the services received (excluding VAT).

Therefore, all prices will first be calculated using the standard prices. If the total amount reaches one of the loyalty levels, the price per project will be adjusted accordingly.

Who has to pay value added tax (VAT)?

VAT is added to domestic revenue. This means that VAT is only added to invoices in Norway. Foreign companies and / or individuals are thus not charged VAT.

Why do you add value added tax (VAT) to the invoice?

VAT is a general consumption tax on the value, which is added to the goods or services in each production or trade part of domestic revenue. This is therefore added to services delivered in Norway only, whereas services delivered abroad are tax exempt (not liable for VAT).
